Meera Jasmine Mollywood Actress Spicy and Hot photos



Meera Jasmine is an Indian actress from Thiruvalla, Kerala, who appears in South Indian cinema. She was born as Jasmine Mary Joseph. She won the National Film Award for Best Actress in 2004 and is a two-time recipient of the Kerala State Film Award, the Tamil Nadu State Film Awards, as well as the Kalaimamani Award from the government of Tamil Nadu.



Meera offered prayers at Raja Rajeshwara temple at Taliparamba in Kerala where the entry of non-Hindus is prohibited. This led to a controversy and sparked off a protest by Hindu devotees. Later, she paid INR10,000 (US$170) as penalty to the temple authorities to conduct the purification rituals

Thirumagan is a 2007 Tamil film directed by Ratnakumar. The film stars S.J. Suryah, Meera Jasmine, Malavika, Karthika and Prreethi Varma in the lead roles.  Meera Jasmine was keen in choosing more women-centric roles and in Babu Janardhanan's Lisammayude Veedu, a sequel to the 2006 film Achanurangatha Veedu, her role was that of a serial rape victim. She acted opposite Mohanlal in Siddique's comedy film Ladies and Gentleman. Her latest project is Shajiyem's Ms. Lekha Tharoor Kanunnathu, a fantasy film in which she plays a dynamic media person, who unexpectedly starts envisaging happenings that cannot be accepted according to the general perception.


Meera Jasmine became noted in the Telugu film industry with Run, the dubbed version of the same-titled Tamil film. She was in the Telugu films in 2004 with Ammayi Bagundi and Gudumba Shankar but also entered Kannada cinema by co-starring with Puneet Rajkumar in Maurya. Her Kannada film Arasu again with Puneet Rajkumar and Ramya is a hit. Her other Kannada films include Devaru Kotta Thangi and Ijjodu.


Meera Jasmine's biggest commercial success in Telugu remains Bhadra with Ravi Teja in the male lead. Her other Telugu films are Raraju, Maharadhi, Yamagola Malli Modalayindi, Gorintaku and Maa Ayana Chanti Pilladu, in which she is paired for a second time with Sivaji.


Meera Jasmine's Tamil film entry made her a well-known star in the South. The successes of the Tamil film Run and Bala (2002) gave her the chance to work with the established actors of the Tamil film industry. She won the Filmfare Best Female Debut Actress award for Run. The success of the films led her to work with directors such as Mani Ratnam in Aayutha Ezhuthu and SS Stanley in Mercury Pookkal. Her latest Tamil film, Mambattiyan got released in December 2011. Meera has acted in 15 Tamil films.


In the film Achuvinte Amma (2005), she enacted the young, adorable character Achu. She then paired with Mohanlal in Rasathanthram (2006). She played as a girl pretending to be a boy in the first half of the film. The film went on to became a commercial success. Her next film with Dileep - Vinodayathra, which again was directed by Sathyan Anthikkad. She was next featured opposite Mammootty in the critically acclaimed film Ore Kadal. The film was showcased in film festivals and won awards. Her performance as an innocent middle class woman won praise from audiences. Media quoted her as, "Matching step with the megastar in this histrionic race is Meera Jasmine, who amazes you with a stunning delineation of her difficult role". Her next film was Calcutta News with Dileep. Blessy, who introduced her to film field, was the director of Calcutta News. In Innathe Chintha Vishayam (2008), she collaborated with Sathyan Anthikkad for his fourth consecutive film, again opposite Mohanlal, but failed to succeed. Her next films Minnaminnikoottam with Kamal and Rathri Mazha with Lenin Rajendran, which released after a long post-production delay, were box office failures. More than a year later, she played the role of a music lover and singer in Rajeev Anchal's Paattinte Palazhy. Though the film was commercially not successful, her character was noted and her performance gave her a comeback. Her next film, Four Friends, was a multi-starrer directed by Saji Surendran. She played the role of a cancer patient in this film. In the 2011 film Mohabbat, she played the lead role opposite Anand Michael and Munna. After a brief hiatus, she began committing films by late-2012.

Meera Jasmine made her debut in the Malayalam film Soothradharan. Her second film was Gramaphone, directed by Kamal, in which she appeared alongside Navya Nair and Dileep. Her role as a Jewish girl was appreciated by Malayalam critics. Her third film was Swapnakkoodu, a romantic comedy alongside Prithviraj, Kunchako Boban, Jayasurya, and Bhavana under director Kamal. Her performance was appreciated and the film was a high commercial success. Among the five main characters, the one who scored the most was again Meera. She rose to fame in Malayalam cinema with the film Kasthooriman directed by her mentor Lohithadas, in which she enacted comedy and sentimental scenes. She received her first Filmfare award for her performance in Kasthooriman. The film was also a success at the box office, running for 100 days. The same year, she acted in T. V. Chandran's acclaimed Padam Onnu Oru Vilapam. She played a 15-year-old Muslim girl who was forced to marry an older man, for which she was awarded a State Award and the National Award in addition with several other awards. It was followed by her performance as Raziya in Perumazhakkalam alongside Kavya Madhavan.

Karthika is an Indian film actress from Thrissur, Kerala, who works in the South Indian film industry. She born on 6 June 1986. She made her acting debut in Kamal's Nammal (2002), which won her critical acclaim and various honors. In a career spanning over a decade, she has appeared in over sixty films and won two Kerala State Film Awards. 

In 2010, she starred in her first Kannada film alongside Puneeth Rajkumar acted in Jackie which was a blockbuster. Following the film's huge success, the film was dubbed into Telugu and Malayalam. At age 16, Bhavana debuted in the Malayalam film Nammal opposite newcomers Siddharth, Jishnu,and Renuka Menon. The film was a big success and she got several offers in Malayalam. She won many honors and a Kerala State Special Jury Award for the film. Bhavana was an 11th standard student when she got her break in films. She has acted with almost all actors in Malayalam cinema. She has got many offers lined up in Tamil and did many projects with famous Tamil actors like Ajith Kumar, Madhavan, Jayam Ravi, Bharath, Jiva and Srikanth.


Bhavana was born Karthika Menon in Nellangara, Thrissur, Kerala, the daughter of Pushpa and assistant cinematographer, G. Balachandra Menon. She has one brother, Jayadev, who currently lives in Vancouver, Canada. She studied at Holy Family Girls' High School, Chembukkavu, near Kerala state zoo Thrissur. Bhavana, who describes herself as a restless and a confused person and someone who's "hard to handle", states that she had grown up with a dream to become an actress.


She recalls that, as a five-year-old, she used to imitate actress Amala's scenes from the Malayalam film Ente Sooryaputhrikku in front of the mirror and was even willing to jump from a building and break her arm, like Amala's character did in the film.

Kavya Madhavan Mollywood Actress Latest Photos


Kavya Madhavan is a South Indian film actress who works in Malayalam cinema. She made her debut in Pookkalam Varavayi (1991) as a child artist. As a heroine Kavya's debut film was Lal Jose's Chandranudikkunna Dikhil (1999) while she was in the ninth standard. It was a super hit and from then on there was no looking back. She won the Kerala State Film Award for Best actress twice, for her performances in the films Perumazhakkalam (2004) and Khaddama (2010).

She wrote lyrics for the song "En Khalbillulloru Pennaanu" for the film One Way Ticket. She sang her first movie song for the Malayalam film Matinee(2012).


She was married to Nischal Chandra on 5 February 2009 at Kollur Mookambika Temple. After the marriage she went to Kuwait to stay with her husband. However, she returned home in June the same year and did not go back thereafter. She filed a divorce petition with the Family Court at Ernakulam on 24 July 2010.


Kavya Madhavan and Nischal Chandra had appeared before the Ernakulam Family Court on 25 May 2011 and expressed their willingness, for a mutual divorce. She was granted divorce by court on 30 May 2011.

The gossips came up that, she divorced because of the affair with Malayalam popular actor Dileep who was her jodi in her most films.  However the latest news is, she is willing for second marriage and the groom is from film industry itself.

Kavya was born on 19 September 1984 in the village of Nileshwaram in Kasargod district, Kerala, India, to P. Madhavan and Shyamala. She attended Nileswaram GLP School and entered the film industry as a child artist.


She learned dancing during her school days and participated in competitions. She was a Kalathilakam in a Sub District Schools Youth Festival. She currently resides in DD Village, Thammanam, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. She completed her schooling in National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS)

Though Kavya had many offers from Tamil cinema, she was very reluctant to act due to her busy schedule in Malayalam. Her first was Kasi (2001) which was the remake of Vinayans Vasanthiyum Lakshmiyum Pinne Njaanum. She went on to act in En Mana Vaanil and Sadhu Miranda and enjoyed moderate success.


Kavya MAdhavan got critical acclaim for her performance of the role of Ganga in Perumazhakkalam for which she won 2004 Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress and for the role of Ashwati in Gaddama for the role of house maid working in Saudi Arabia. The movie was based on a feature by K. U. Iqbal, published in Bhashaposhini. The movie was directed by her mentor Kamal and she got her second Kerala State Film Award for Best Actress for 2011.


She also won 2011 Kerala Film Critics Awards for Best Actress, Amrita-FEFKA Film Awards for Best Actress, Best Actress-Malayalam cinema in Filmfare Awards South and Best Actress in Thikkurissy Foundation Awards.


She was also nominated in National film award for Best Actress but lost out in the final round. She also was cast in Adoor Gopalakrishnan movie Naalu Pennungal in which she played a supporting role.

Soon after the divorce with Nishal went on act with her most successful partner onscreen Dileep for Pappy Appacha. Later on she acted in many movies with veteran Superstars of Malayalam cinema such Mammootty and Mohanlal. She also acted in multi-starrer movies like Christian Brothers and China Town.

After the success of Chandranudikkunna Dikhil, Kavya and Dileep become very popular pairing Malayalam cinema, producing several big hits and the pair went on to do 18 movies together. Some of their popular movies include Thenkasipattanam (2000), Darling Darling (2000), Meesa Madhavan (2002) which was one of biggest grosser of the year and was directed by Lal Jose.


 Mizhi Randilum (2003) in which she played a double role, Sadanandante Samayam (2003), Thilakkam (2003)directed by Jayaraj, Runway (2004) directed by Joshiy, Kochi Rajavu(2005), Lion (2006) again directed by Joshiy, Chakkara Muthu (2006), Inspector Garud (2007), Paappi Appacha (2010), Vellaripravinte Changathi (2011). Most of their movies were in the romantic comedy genre.


She was offered the female lead in Chandranudikkunna Dikhil (1999) which was also first movie by director Lal Jose who also assisted Kamal in Azhakiya Ravanan. She was in ninth standard when she did the movie. The movie was an instant hit due to the versatile cast, music and story narration and brought both Kavya and Dileep into the limelight.


After her leading role, she became popular in the Malayalam film industry. It has been claimed that she was the busiest female actress in Malayalam. She is also a trained dancer and has won many awards and accolades.

Kavya first appeared as a child actor in Kamal's film Pookkalam Varavayi (1991), she was just 7 years of age when she acted in the movie. Her talent was soon recognised, and she was offered other projects such as Pavam IA Ivachan (1994) and Azhakiya Ravanan (1996).

It was Azhakiya Ravanan directed by Kamal which got her got more public attention. She did a lot of movies after that mostly as a child actor.

Manju Warrier Mollywood Actress began her second innings with the legendary Amitabh Bachchan


Manju Warrier after a long break of 14 years from facing the arc lights was over in a flash. She began her second innings with a bang as she shared the screen space with the legendary Amitabh Bachchan for the shoot of the latest ad film of Kalyan Jewellers at the Dadasaheb Phalke film city in Mumbai.


Manju said that “I was a bit tense how the shot will emerge especially when you are acting with an iconic figure like Amitabh Bachchan.



She added that “But I was lucky enough to finish the take without much hiccups. I felt that Bachchan Sir was also comfortable doing the scene,”  More.



"I consider this as a second birth. My first shot was with Amitabh Bachchan sir. I took his blessings before the shoot and stepped in for my second innings in the industry', Manju said.



Manu, who bid adieu to films after she married Malayalam actor Dileep, said she was very comfortable acting with Bachchan.


 In 2011, she appeared in the promotion event for the movie Gaddama alongside Samyuktha Varma. In 2012 October 24, she performed Kuchipudi in Guruvayur Sree Krishna Temple.

 Manju married actor Dileep. After her marriage with Dileep, she retired from the film industry.
